Your local node · browser prototype
Preserve. Ask. Verify.
Save a short text, change it, and inspect what happened. Your text stays in this browser; no account or cloud service is used for this loop.
Use sample text to try it. Browser storage is not an encrypted vault or a backup. Anyone with access to this browser profile or code running on this site may access it.

Show the Record
Sequence and fingerprints detect inconsistencies in the saved record. They do not establish who wrote it, external truth, or protection against someone rewriting the entire local history. Timestamps come from this device.
Verification has not been run in this session.
Export includes the retained history and logical Node ID. It is not encrypted. Browser storage can be lost through eviction, profile clearing or device loss.
Import a node
Use a fresh browser profile with no saved record or deletion receipt. Import verifies the file before committing and resumes its logical Node ID. Concurrent restored copies are clones; synchronization is not implemented. Old exports from before deletion can still contain content you removed elsewhere.
Remove saved content
Continuity does not require permanent retention. This removes this prototype’s saved text and fingerprints, retaining only a deletion time and version count. It does not erase exports, backups or copies open in other tabs, and is not verified physical erasure.

Example history
Recovery adds a new entry. It does not remove the failure. This demonstration is saved in browser storage after each action. Reset clears only this demonstration. Storage clearing or eviction can remove it.
